After searching and getting the run around, the only solution I've found is to BUY a new camera that IS NOT Kodak!!! I had never had a problem with Kodak until now...I WILL NOT buy this brand ever again!

Hello Branden, The problem is in the drive assembly. The drive gears strip and the pieces of plastic jam the motor causing the error codes. The camera is toast, Repair will be costly.Best Regards, Russell

The reason that it cannot view your other pictures is because they are probably off another devise. Other devises encrypt pictures in different ways. You camera can only view pictures that it has taken.
