does it realease the grinded coffe beans in the dregdraw with out using it?

if that is the case it a very small electricboard on the grinder that has stoped working or the connecter has fallen of from it.

When prime water circuit comes on turn on the steam/water valve may need to select hot water the machine will run water until primed

i think i worked this one out it is the switch where the brew group is when you put the brew group in the slot it goes into there is a switch and it can be moved which is bad because the gears won't work and position the boiler nozzle in the right place and water poors out everywhere you need to pull it apart and reposition the switch i did this 3 weeks ago and haven't had a problem i figured that i couldn't break it any more lol Download the download is the instructions on pulling it apart or just search for talea touch repair manual and download it you need to pull the brew group section apart if you move the gears make sure you have them lined up the right way when you put it back together it was relatively easy i really hope this helps :)

Hi, it's Jeremy from Crucial Vacuum. Try adjusting the grind settings on your machine and brew a pot of coffee. If you get the same resulting "dispensing failed" message, your brew unit is most likely clogged and the screen needs to be cleaned. Take your screen out of the machine and clean it with warm water until it is cleared. I hope this was helpful.
