The Oven Lockout feature automatically locks the oven door, prevents the warmer drawer and most oven controls from being turned ON. Press and hold CLEAR/OFF for 3 seconds. A beep will sound. LOC will clear. The "DOOR LOCKED" will continue to flash until the oven door has completely unlocked. Do the maintop burners work? Confirm the shut-off valve on the gas pressure regulator is in the "ON" position. This valve shuts off gas to the oven (typically located on the back left-hand side of the range). I do not suggest re-lighting the unit, as this may cause harm to you and possible damage to the appliance. Contact a professional to move forward accurately and to assist with the repairs.

This is a oven temp sensor failure notice. you will need to check the wires leading from the temp sensor to the control. if the wires are in good condition and , the sensor harness is not welded, replace the temp sensor ASAP.

Sure could be a defect. Did the installation guys get the racks backward or something? Try fitting them all the different ways they can possibly fit, and if they are just not stable the dealer must make this right.

Don't be hesitant to call the dealer and tell them what is going on. A reputable dealer is going to be rather appalled to hear your experience and will certainly send a serviceman to see what is going on.

Due you also hear the gas flow, if you dont. you have a defective gas control. if you hear gas flowing
you need to clean the burners, and clean out the little holes.
