THIS DOES NOT COMPLY WITH FMVSS 213, "CHILD RESTRAINT SYSTEMS." ALSO, THE LABEL WITH USE AND SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS IS MISSING FROM THE PLAYSKOOL MODEL. Consequences: BUCKLE ASSEMBLY CORROSION COULD AFFECT THE SAFETYPERFORMANCE OF THE CHILD RESTRAINT. THE MISSING LABEL MAY CAUSE IMPROPER USEOF THE CHILD SAFETY SEAT.
