Go to www.astalavista.com then on the top left hand side corner look for search box and then put serials.ws as search criteria and in the box next to it type WINDOWS VISTA ULTIMATE PRODUCT KEY and hit enter and u'll get what u want .... I would prefere to first uninstall JAVA compeletely from your computer. To do that go to Start-->Setting-->Control Panel-->Programs & Features-->Fiind & Select JAVA-->Right click and click on Unistall.

Once you uninstall the JAVA, you can downlaod it from Internet and install it again.

You need to get a genuine Product Key.

There is no single product key for vista home basic, each copy of it has a different one. If you want to find out yours, then look on the bottom of your laptop, or if it is a desktop pc, the side. Another way to find it is to get a program called "magical jelly bean" It's web site is http://magicaljellybean.com/keyfinder/

go to softpedia.com. download the cd key reader. Run it, you will be able to view you cd key. If activation has some problems, just call microsoft, and they will guide you to activate it over the phone.

If the key has been registered to you then you can contact Microsoft and they will be able to get this fixed.

The product key is on the sticker on the side or back of the computer that you need the key to activate. If you don't find that sticker you may need to find the "Original Installation Disk" and the key may be with them. I nor any other user may give you our product keys unless we want to destroy our own copies of the OS we purchased. DO NOT ASK US AGAIN!!!

Connect internet and activate windows with the product key provided to you.The product key maybe present at the bottom of the laptop if it came pre-installed.

You can not get your CD key in this site this is not a site of piracy. If you want a genuine copy of that windows go to microsoft dealer and purchased the product and it will give you the CD key. Don't lost your CD key because every time when you have trouble in your computer and you've formatted your computer the CD key will be required.

Have you had your vista OS validated before the expiration date?If not it will do expire on you.If you bought the copy of Windows vista it will come with a product key.Backup your documents and get a fresh install of the OS,then don't forget to validate it online or thru the phone(be ready with the product key).Validation of your OS is important and it will not expire on you.

Step set #1

1) Open Internet Explorer

2) A Browser will open, type: %windir%\system32 into the address field

3) Find the file cmd.exe

4) Right Click on the cmd.exe and select Run as Administrator

5) Type: cscript slmgr.vbs -rilc (It may take a long time for this to complete, please be patient)

6) Hit the Enter key

7) Reboot 2 times

Step set #2


1) Open Internet Browser

2) Type %windir%\system32 into the browser address bar.

3) Find the file CMD.exe

4) Right-Click on CMD.exe and select Run as Administrator

5) Type: net stop slsvc (it may ask you if you are sure, select yes)

6) Type: cd %windir%\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\SoftwareLicensing

7) Type: rename tokens.dat tokens.bar

8) Type: cd %windir%\system32

9) Type net start slsvc

10) Reboot Twice

11) Windows Vista may require you to enter a Product Key [use the Certificate of Authenticity (COA)] SLP Product Key found on the sticker on the side or bottom of your computer and activate. Use the Activate by Phone method outlined below.

From the Desktop:

a) If you have access to the Start button: Click the Start button, and type in "slui.exe 4" in the search field and then press the "Enter" key. This will bring up the Activate by Phone dialog window. Follow the steps provided by the window. The phone activation process should only take about 6 minutes.


b) If you do not have access to the Start button: Reboot and login to Vista, a dialog window will come up. In that window, click the option "Access computer with reduced functionality". Once you do that, Internet Explorer or Firefox browser will open. In the address bar type "c:\windows\system32\cmd.exe" press enter, a new window will come up, type: slui 4 and hit enter and follow steps to Activate over the Phone.


This all is if you have a true bought copy of Vista. If you have a pirated version, Im sorry to say I cant help.
