you will need to completely reset your device by taking the battery out for 10 mins .. if that doesn't work then you know you have a bad LCD screen and it is replaceable for your device you can find the LCD screen on eBay for cheap.

I Cant Put Video's ON My Samsung T10 :( can you help me
The video must be a MPG (MPEG), AIV, WMV, ASF, SVI, MP3, RM (RMVB), MOV or SMF type of video. If it is not, try and find or download a video converter. Also remember on Samsung Media Studio click menu, enviorment settings, general configuration, my PC and make sure that you have checked in all the checkboxes of video file types
MP3 Samsung YP-T10 playing songs too fast
Turn on your T10, click any song and touch the third button on the top row (button that is a box with two lines in the middle). then move down to play speed. Then make sure it is on 1.0. :D
FILES WONT TRANSFER!
are you trying to put songs in it? If so, check if the format of the file is either MP3 or WMA. If you are trying to put a file with other formats, (ex: .aac, .m4a etc.) this won't work since the device doen't support a format like those.
My music is d.o.a.!
my wife had just pushed the little reset pinhole button thingy and it started functioning properly
