Does it run after you get to the optimal humidity level?
If so, it's a bad humidity sensor switch A cheap fix is to put it on a timer. Otherwise replace the switch.

Good Afternoon Friend,
I understand that you are trying to locate and replace the internal filter for your Frigidaire dehumidifier, model# LAD304NUL. I also see that you cannot find your manual. To locate and replace the filter, follow these easy steps.
a. Remove the filter every two weeks based on normal operating conditions.
b. To remove the filter, remove Bucket then pull filter downwards.
c. Wash the filter with clean water then dry.
d. Re-install the filter, and then replace Bucket.
I have also included the link for your manual, where I found these instructions. Hope this is helpful.
-Best Regards-

i don't know. be careful with electricity. if possible, try running normal washer load along with your dryer but with [no heat] 'cold air only' to see if they will keep running.
if they run OK, consider shutting off both washer and dryer. shut off main electrical panel and change fuses for both washer and dryer. turn hydro on and run both again
with your normal settings. if they fail again please call for repairs. my dryer would not run and although everything looked and tested out OK, i had to replace a small 6x8"
electrical box having 2 only 30 amp screw in fuses.
then it ran OK.
Richard?
I have provided you a website that may help.
There has been a recall since 2013. Here below is the website.
My advice. Contact Gree. Be persistent and kind. Customer Support Reps, being people, can do wonders sometimes when they are treated kindly.

To remove the back cover, first remove the sides: two screws at bottom of side, one halfway up the back, one inside bucket opening. Also remove four screws holding the top on. Top slides forward to release, then sides slide up about 1/2 inch and pull straight out. Hooked into the front and back. Once the sides are off, the back will come off with remaining four screws.

* The humidifier will only run if the "Humidity" (water or moisture in the air) is higher than the current setting on the humidifier. If it's set to maximum dry setting then expect it to run almost 100% of the time. If it is set to a "wet" setting then expect it run only for short periods.
* Colder room temperatures will reduce the frequency of cycles as cold air will hold less moisture than warm air.
* You may note that running a AC unit in the same room as the dehumidifier will give you mixed results as both units will "fight" or work against each other. Humidifier will heat the air as it exits while the AC will cool the air. Best to not run the AC while the dehumidifier is in operation.
* Note that AC do "dehumidify" the air as it passes through. But not as effective as a dedicated dehumidifier.
* Be sure to check the tub and filter (make sure they are seated properly.)
* Contact Frigidaire or your local Appliance store for service.
