I copied paste some songs

You probably need to sync your mp3 player rather than copying and pasting songs into it as if it were a hard drive. Use a media program to do this; the chances are one of these was bundled with your computer operating system.
Plug in your mp3 player. Remove the files you put on it. Open the media program and make sure it has all your songs and albums on it. Sometimes you have to open extra files within the media program to get all of your music. In the "Sync" feature of the media program, place all the files you want to have on your mp3 player. Usually this is "drag and drop" where you drag the music you want to an area labeled "sync." Hit "Sync" Your mp3 player should now be able to play your music! Enjoy.
