Hi there, Try to refresh the system, also try to use a different port. If it wont work try to reset the MP3 player but please be reminded that doing this will delete all the files on your MP3 player.

You probably need to sync your mp3 player rather than copying and pasting songs into it as if it were a hard drive. Use a media program to do this; the chances are one of these was bundled with your computer operating system.

(assuming your PC is Windows) connect it to your PC . open 'My Computer'. when the new icon showing the mp3 player appears, right click on it and go to 'Properties'. You can connect the player to a PC as it will be detected and the files required can be loaded to the player. make sure that all the files are scanned for any virus before you load them.

you can use file recovery software to recover the lost data. however, you have pay for the software though you might find free ones on the internet
