Use a pair of tweezers and reach in and pull it out in pieces. If you can grab an edge of it it should come out easier. Also if you can get a Xacto knife in there carefully cut across the roller and then pull out the pieces, careful not to cut into the roller.

I suggest you find an answer pretty quickly as your printer uses its own ink to clean the heads. An expensive process.

1. You can change the copy count under the copy settings in your Lexmark device. 2. Power off the printer. Tap and hold the Go and Return buttons at the same time. 3. Turn on the printer and release the buttons. Now the printer prints the Performing Self Test page and modifies the copy count. 4. Go to Diagnostics and check the page count. 5. Call Lexmark customer service.

Maybe if you set the print mode to b/w within the printer settings.. It's possible that Lexmark won't let the printer continue without all cartridges working though.

Ink jet clogged. Get instructions from user manual and be careful not to damage the head.
