For internet connection you have to activate the gprs service in your mobile (hope your mobile has this facility)
you have to call the service (connection) provider and ask to activate this facility,
if your mobile is in the service providers list they will activate it for you,
but if the mobile model is not supported by the service provider's company then they will ask you to do it manually by guiding you through step by step process,
after that they will ask you to restart the mobile phone , now you can access the internet in mobile.

With the Android OS, it is common that apps remain open in the background. Applications inclue your Messenger, Browser, Music, etc. (Not just the applications you download from the Market). I advise that you download a Task Manager from the Market. These can be found for free. Also, with Android always updating the OS, it fills a lot of memory on your phone. Installing a small SD card may be helpful for speed.

hard reset your htc

by going to 
tap on Start
then tap settings
tap on system
then tap -clear storage.

Go to activesync window, then File-> Connections Settings and check 'Allow USB connections'.

the problem is most likely the battery, lithium ion batteries only last so many years, then they start holding less of a charge, eventually unable to hold a charge at all, this process can be accelerated by frequent unnecessary charging. if you replace the battery it will probably work fine

Try to reset the software on it by plugging it in to your computor.

Apparently the driver is included in Microsoft's sync software. I didn't see a direct download from HTC, and this question has been answered similarly over the past couple years, even on this site :).

Call your phone provider and replace it.

download these two files and extract both

this one is the spl installer which needs to be run on your computer, if you get an error you will need to use the next download on the phone first

and hit ENTER to start...

STEP 1/3......50.......75.....100.

The next step will load a patched bootloader (SPL) on your device
it will make your device temporary SuperCID (seclevel=0), and will
avoid modelID and signature checking when flashing NBH files.

Hit ENTER to continue...

STEP 2/3.....15......25....50....75......100.

Phone screen should now be blank and the activesync icon gray
if not, the loading procedure has failed and you'll have to repeat again.

If all was OK hit ENTER and the standard "PDA Phone ROM Update Utility"
window will start, allowing you to flash patched SPL on your device.

Hit CTRL+C to Cancel or ENTER to continue...

Follow the steps on the wizard to flash the patched SPL, when this
step completes your device will reboot.

if you have had success with installing the first file and it has completed without error then you can now download this file

extract all files in it and run the ruu_setup file in there and follow
th instructions on screen. When its finished you will have wm6.1 in
english installed on your phone

IF YOU MEAN NO RESPONSE AT KEYS WHEN PRESSED, YOU CAN START WITH CLEANNING TOUCH CONNECTOR , THEN CHANGE TOUCH SCREEN ITSELF.....

Being simple and to the point, It is NOT a 3G phone.
