Mms manual settings
Jason-
What service provider are you trying to use the phone with?
If Verizon, this should be by default in the phone's settings. Ensure it is enabled on your plan.
Your Service Provider may be able to push the settings through the network. I don't believe there is an option for MMSC settings on the CDMA phones.

Volume is to low when you listen music
There are two volume controls. The main volume for the phone which you should already be familiar with. There is also volume control in Windows Media Player. Volume in WMP is usually increased by pressing up on the direction pad while WMP is open.
If this helps please vote for my solution.

Incoming calls don't ring. I have the volume set
- Check to see that you are not in the flight mode: Press and hold the home key until the quick list appears, scroll to all and press the center key.
- Go to profiles: Press and hold the home key to open the quick list. Scroll to profile and check each profile. Make sure the silent profile is off. I use the outdoor profile it's the loudest, make sure the outdoor profile has the check mark by it when you press done. I hope this helps.

I purchased the Motorola Q9H
Normally you have to call your supplier (AT&T in this case) and ask them to TXT you the settings the device will then ask you if you want to install the settings when they get sent to you click yes and the device should work.
Another option is to swap SIM card to another supplier and swap back again if the device is unlocked it will change supplier settings and then change them back again hopefully reinstalling data connection information.

My battery dies every day
Hi, this is a very common problem with all smart phones they use so much of their battery that the battery life drops really quick the only option you have is to get the battery replaced this will then solve your problem for a while but its not going to last forever, if you go to your nearest phone shop ask them if they have got an heavy duty batteries for your phone, they do make them but are hard to come buy.
one other thing to remember is this, once a month let the battery go totally flat let it go so flat that the phone wont even light up when you press the on button, now do a full charge over night doing this keeps the battery at its best and prevent any bad cells forming so if you do this say once a month or every 6 weeks it will prolong the life of the battery by load so bare this in mind when you get a new battery.
let me know if you need further assistance ok
plz rate this solution as i have a whole page of unrated posts, thanks

When someone call the phone the volume is low
the roller key on the side will adust the volume, i am sure you have tried this with no avail, however there is a little bit more to know. If you press and hold it until it shows the volume 'chart' then you can roll up and down this will adjust volume as well but on the other 'realm' sometime these phones are programmed backwards. The scenario i gave you should increase the volume of purhaps music or videos, and just using the roller it should increase call volume.
Now if neither of these methods work then i would suggest taking compressed air to the speaker, if metal filings gathered in there it will muffle the sound considerably
