w40 is not a good thing to use it leaves an oily residue on stuff that's way its used to clean and remove rust and lubricate rusted nuts. you now need to remove all the wd40 from the device. should only use electrical switch cleaner as it cleans and evaporates. when clean it may work again but there is no telling if it has damaged anything. screens don't like grease inside them. try spraying cheap deodorant on it sometimes it will remove the grease but remove the battery .

HAve you inserted it in the right manner, if not remove and put it correct.
If not the micro card may have a contact issue with the slot in the phone. remove and insert or try this card with a phone or to your laptop with the adaptor. If faulty change as some brands have problems of contact or storage detection.
If the card works fine look into the slot use a jet of air to dispel any dirt in the slot. If not remove the cover and try to clean if not the slot reader contacts are faulty.

Go to the start menu, and select Settings. Select Connections from the bottom tabs and find the Bluetooth icon, and click on the bluetooth icon. Select Mode from the bottom tabs and check box that says "turn bluettoth on"

you could try a hard reset (It will delete everything like files/contacts etc thought)

press and hold the left and right soft keys together and at the same time, use the stylus to press the RESET button at the bottom of your device. You will be presented with a menu saying 'press SEND to restore factory default, press END to exit', if you press SEND Your device will be set back to factory default settings.than Press "OK" to boot...

Try keeping the start button pressed for few seconds, after the unit shutdown, restart it.
