if you mean the unlock code for use with other networks, you would have to buy an unlock code of ebay :)

are you saving or copying them to the right place, just look at the manual or the instructions on were to save themes :)

My P1i appears completly dead after running Update Service. I've tried removing the battery, fully charging the battery etc. When i run Update Service again it just says my phone is up-to-date.
any suggestions?
Update only says "No new software is available for your phone. Your phone already has the latest available software installed."

Then gives the option to Exit only

software complaint...! go to any authorized service center and ask them to re-flash the software... thats it...! All the data in the phone memory will be erased, you phone will come back to its life....

Hi. It is part of the setup wizard. I think it is on step 6 where the calibration takes place. The wizard is in advanced tools. Cheers!

go to devices and printers and the go to add device se p1 in there then you can trouble shoot.

the only thing to do is to change the touch screen

Installing software with this phone has to be within the phone. That means that you must fist copy the software file installer into the phone. You can transfer either via the USB cable provided or by taking out the card and insert it to your computer's card reader. After doing so, use the built-in SE File Explorer to locate the file then either use your stylus pen or use the enter key on your keypad to start installing the software. Just follow the installer's instructions after.

The sony Ericsson ,default phone lock code is '0000'. If you have changed it, and you don't remember it now, then you need to send to sony Ericsson service centre to get it serviced.
There is no other way, it can be reset.
