Camera want flash sony dsc-h3

If it flashes when you take any photo then you have the flash set to manual override for each shot or you're just shooting in areas too dark for any photos without the flash. Check your flash settings or try a factory default reset from the camera's menu options.

I cannot find sports mode on camera

It's on the "Mode dial" the big wheel on the right up-hand side of your camera. Find the symbol with a person running. Or you can read the manual in the following link. It's on page 15. https://docs.sony.com/release/DSCH3.pdf Hope this helps.

How to recover formatted files in sony dsc-h3

The best solution I have known for recovering lost files due to formatted discs or cards has been Sandisk's software called RescuePro. It is well known to recover files that have been formatted once, twice, or more. To me, it's worth the 40 bucks versus never getting that moment back. Here's the link: http://www.sandisk.com/products/software-and-services/data-recovery

Pictures still blurry

Instead of green auto mode set to P mode and chagne the flash setting to non auto.If flash is is in auto mode flash will not fire and picture will be blurry.So your flash must fire every time (and it must not be decided by camera's auto flash mode).
I am sure this will solve your settings.

DSC-H3 does not focus a subject properly as compare to the begining. The picture is blurred in autofucus mode as well.

Dear Bobby, Your concerns about the mechanical/physical integrity of the components may be valid. However, it could be a simpler, and less stressful problem altogether. I recommend, you get hold of a micro-fibre cloth. And, blow at the lens, and clean it in circular directions. As your camera appears to be quite old, I recommend cleaning the lens, as it could have gathered dirt, or dust. There is no focus sensor, as such. There is however an autofocus motor. Which could be the problem. However, let's take it one step at a time. Hope I was of assistance.Regards,Rebel K.

I need a different way to charge my sony cybershot DSC-H3 digital camera

The DSC-H3 does not contain any charging circuitry. You could hook it up to a nuclear reactor and it won't charge the battery. You need to use a separate charger, such as this one.

It keeps saying my sony

Press the "Home" button, go to "Settings" (last menu item at right), then "Main Settings", and use the "Initialize" button.

And also;
Macro is not available in landscape mode, twilight mode or fireworks mode, if you try to use macro in any of those modes it will say invalid macro.
