Sakar Spider-Man 3 Digital Camera Questions & Answers
I have never lost any pictures that I have taken
Please go to your cameras menu and check to see if they are stored on the cameras "internal" memory. Usually a camera will store pics internally untill the capacity is met then the remainder is stored in removable memory(pic card).
It does
Your problem may be due to weak/worn out batteries or corrosion on the battery contacts inside the camera
which can prevent the full power of the batteries from flowing into the
camera. Try this free fix before you do anything else: remove the batteries and wipe the camera contacts firmly with
a dry cloth (heavy corrosion may require cleaning with a wire brush,
steel wool, or sandpaper). Remove any residue that may have fallen
into the battery compartment during cleaning, then wipe both ends of
the batteries and place them back in the camera. This cleaning clears
the problem about 90% of the time. If it doesn't work for you, your batteries may need to be replaced, or the
camera may require professional repair.
Taking Picture Problems HELP!!! PLEASE!!!
It could be the picture quality you are taking is set to high quality and the manual gives the higher figure in lower quality pictures.
You can go to menu/ settings / quality and change these to a lower resolution.
Hope this helps.
Please help...I'm about ready to throw this camera out the window!
Have you tried installing the software? If you still have difficulty, try this:
1. Plug in the camera to the computer. Make sure it is detected by the computer.
2. Right click the START button at lower left of screen and select explore.
3. In the left pane, scroll down to "mass storage device" or something to that effect. You should find it after the CD drive letters.
4. Click on it and on the right pane, you should see some folders appear.
5. Select the folder that stores the pics and double click. (If you are unsure, double click each folder till you find the right one.
6. Once you find the pics, click on "Edit" (at the top of the screen) and click on SELECT ALL. Now place the cursor over any of the pics in the right pane and right click and select COPY.
7. Now all you have to do is make a new folder and paste them into that folder.
Hope that helps!

You probably have to register it online at the manufacturer's website, hence you are taken to the internet. You should find a link on the web page that opens up when you try to register thru the software that allows you to register on the page..
Camera Want take clear photos
I have the same problem, and I can't get the software or camera to install on my computer either. I plan on taking my sons spidey ****, I mean cam, back to the store and get him something that costs more so it might work better. My suggestion is you might want to do the same as I have been trying to find help for this for a month and all have said they are cheap and pictures are blurry or bad and the camera does not work.

Had same problem -- after removing and re-installing both the software and camera (multiple times), I found that I could get the pics via Picasa -- in Picasa, the camera shows up 2 different times for me, as a "dual mode camera"; the 2nd entry works, letting me import the pics. Terrible pics, btw, very blurry and grainy, even when taken in bright light (get what you pay for, right?).
I hate booting back to Windows, though -- I use Linux -- but even gphoto2 (which can handle just about ANY camera that Linux won't handle natively as a USB storage device) can't handle the proprietary encoding format Sakar uses. Oh well.
