Underlight does not turn off

Thank you for your post, Michael Fiedler!

I understand that the light under your Frigidaire dishwasher is not turning off. It could be a miscommunication within the board or connector. I would suggest performing a reset on your dishwasher and you can do that by flipping the household circuit breaker in the off position for roughly ten minutes. If that does not help to resolve your issue I would recommend having a professional technician come out for a proper diagnosis and repair. The technician will have the appropriate tools needed to help pinpoint the fault within the dishwasher. Hope this information is helpful. -Matt

Frigidaire error code .10

Hi friend, thanks for your post!

I understand that your digital display on your dishwasher is reading ".10". However ".10" is an invalid error code and could stand for ten minutes left in the cycle. I would recommend a reset to your appliance which can be done by unplugging or flipping the household circuit breaker off for roughly ten minutes. I hope this helps to some degree. -Matt

I have a Frigidaire model#PLD4555RFCO

Hi

"Er Clean S" is a common error with Frigidaire which means shorted keypad. The issue is with the touchpad/keypad that should be replaced. However, before replacing the keypad you can unplug it and take it apart completely and use a hair dryer to blow some warm air on the keypad assembly to blow the moisture off. Hope this helps...please post back for further assistance.

Can't start dishwasher unless I have it on a delayed cycle

Good Afternoon Leslie, I understand you are unable to start your Frigidaire dishwasher unless it is on a delayed cycle. I suggest resetting your appliance, by either unplugging it or shutting the power off at your home's circuit breaker, for 20-30 minutes. Sometimes there can be a miscommunication between the different boards inside your appliance. Restore power and start any cycle. I ask that you please follow up with a comment on the post, at your convenience, to advise if further troubleshooting is needed or if your appliances status has changed successfully. Hope this is helpful. -Best Regards- WP

Dishes not cleaning after full cycle running

Your screens are plugged with food residue in the bottom of the unit. clean it out. You can use 1 gallon of white vinegar for your wash after you clean the screens. Start your washer to fill with water but after the water starts, open your door and pore all of the gallon in the unit. Let it now run for 4 minutes and stop it by opening the door. Leave the door slightly open for 1 hour. close the door and let the cycle continue for 4 more minutes. open the door and repeat it a couple of more times. Let it sit all night with the vinegar in it and in the morning - close the door and let the cycle continue to the end. This should help soften and clean out the food particles in the unit. You can repeat the process and get a better cleaning then too. All the scale should be off your dishes now.

Vent assembly smoking

Its not the vent that has failed. You need to find out why the dishwasher is making smoke. The vent is only where it comes out. If you know what you are doing repair the dishwasher, if not replace it.

Doesnt seem like water is heating and element not getting hot

Sounds like you checked the basics. Do you have hard water? Our element got covered with calcium over time and didn't heat efficiently anymore. I was able to chip some off, then ran the dishwasher with LemiShine a few times. The element worked much better after that.

I have my kitchen wiht a padlock on the display I

Hello Ana, thank you for allowing me to assist you! If you are receiving an error code E11, the unit may have a shorted keypad. One of the best ways to determine if this is a false error code is to reset the power to the appliance by either unplugging it or flipping off the breaker for about ten minutes. If the error code persists, it would be advisable to reach out to an experienced appliance repair to assist further since more than likely the EOC (electronic oven control) will need replacing.

We recently had a power outage, the next time I

Hello Stacey, thank you for your post! I understand the unit recently experienced a power outage. First, let's try reprogramming the dishwasher. This can be done by either unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker to the off position. It is necessary to wait roughly ten minutes and then turn the appliance on. If resetting the power does not correct the issue, your unit could be experiencing a communication error with the control board, or a potential wiring failure. I recommend reaching out to an appliance expert who is best equipped to pinpoint the exact problem, which can often save you funds and a headache.

After power failure dishwasher only turns on eco

Hello Lena, thank you for your inquiry! Let's try reprogramming the dishwasher by either unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker to the off position. It is important to wait roughly ten minutes and then turn dishwasher back on. Confirm that the door is properly latched and try selecting a cycle. If resetting the power does not correct the issue, it could potentially mean a number of things: a communication issue with the control board, a potentialwiring failure, or faulty door latch assembly. Because it could be a number of any one of several underlying causes, I would recommend contacting a professional to properly diagnose and repair the appliance.

Need manual

Good Morning Steve - I am happy to assist you, however according to my database I'm not showing that Frigidaire has an error code FR for a dishwasher or for any product for that matter. Could the error code possibly be an ER, PF, FL or RF? · Typically error code ER indicates that the main control board has detected a stuck key or a key pressed for more than one minute. · Generally error code PF means that the dishwasher has experienced a power failure and you should be able to resume the cycle. · Error code FL is advising you that the water valve is in the open position. · RF indicates that the rinse aid reed switch in dispenser is open and needs to refill the rinse aid. Let's try resetting the unit by either unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker to the off position. It is important to wait approximately ten minutes and then turn on the dishwasher. If issue persists, then I would personally contact a professional to accurately diagnose the washer to determine the root cause to reduce the risk of unnecessary parts. I hope these troubleshooting tips help you in some small way.

Frigidaire gallery stove

Hello mnwpictures - Based on the symptoms you are describing the range may either have a faulty EOC (electronic oven control) or a potential wiring failure. Try resetting the range by unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. Wait approximately ten minutes and then turn the unit back on. Does the control panel have a display? If the issue persists, I would recommend contacting a professional to proceed further. Most likely the EOC on the range will need replacing.
