Do you have hard water? Many states have passed laws that outlawed
phosphate as an ingredient in dishwasher detergent. If you have hard
water, the detergents don't work very well anymore. The "fine grit" is
probably hard water deposits (calcium and magnesium). Not harmful but
it looks awful on your dishes. There are some new products that were
designed to solve this exact problem. They are inexpensive and
effective. Can't say the name or I'll get banned (again). Internet
search will uncover it.
Sounds like flood switch has been activated. They have a float in the base of machine, which will activate drain pump if a leak has occurred. Unplug from power- remove right hand side panel, check to see if any water in base. If so, leak has occurred. Clear water from base and test run to locate leak
is the disposal working? if it isn't turning then find an alan wrench and turn it by hand there is a place to do that on the very bottom of the disposal in the center. the disposal should work after that and unclog the sink.
they must have changed the way they treat the water in your area. those spots are caused by hard water. www.dishwasherfilter.com has a product out for this problem. it filters the water going into your dishwasher leaving them spot free and crystal clear with every load. you will love the way your dishes look.
Yes they do have a drainage problem! I worked for a Sear install team. You need to have the installer come back out, if they did the install correctly and you still have problems then sears needs to send a service tech out. If they can't fix it or tell you it is a install error then be persistent and tell them you want a BOSH TECH out. You more than likely need a stronger pump as Bosh DW work off a gravity type pump system. Keep in mind Sears installers guarantee there install for 1 year and all products come with a 1yr MF warranty. If you purchased a warranty or PA agreement the you will be entitled to a new unit if that one is not fixable. If you have a garbage disposer, they work best when routed into one.
Bosh dishwashers work off a gravity pump system. They sometimes require a stronger pump. Make sure if it has a air gap either at the top of the sink or johnston T or in the wall that, that is not plugged. They are very sensitive to how the drainelines are set as well. If it was installed prfessionally, call the installer back out as they should warranty there install for 1 year. Also all products have a 1 year MF warranty as well. You should be able to get a BOSH tech out at NO charge to see if it is a deffective pump.
From what I could gather, it appears that there may be a door panel kit available for your dishwasher. The kit appears to have the panel kit and the curved handle included. Some links for visual reference:
