My hitachi turns on and says no sync no signal
1. Make sure you're computer is properly connected to the monitor.
2. Some monitors have an input switch. Make sure yours is set correctly as it may have changed.
The "signal" your monitor is looking for is sent from your computer.

Wont come on at all no blue light
If there is no blue light and no sound, then power is not making it into the unit. Is there a red light when it is plugged in? Many of these plasmas have a primary power switch located underneath or on the back. Make sure that is turned on. If you receive power, there should be an indicator light showing power is present. If it is just dead, as if unplugged, then either the main switch is off or failed, or the power supply may need service.

My hitachi p50s601 turns on for 1 second and then
3 Blinks means one of the buffer boards is bad. The way to test it is to unhooking one SDR board at a time, and see if half of your screen comes on properly. If the SDR-D board is bad the bottom half of the screen won't come on when you remove the board. Send it out for repair (less expensive then buying a replacement board) or search for a refurbished board. If your non technical provide this info to a service tech and ask for an estimate. Cost will be moderate. Hope this helps you. Jon
