The phone is looking for the calsrv ip address, which it cant see. So it is trying to "Dsicover" it.

Go to another phone and press "mute"ADDR#

You can then see the ip address information and input it into the phone that is incorrect.

Under the options button. There should be an "Audible alert" option...

You have an IP problem.. Check the compression. One way voice is typical when the phone is programmed wrong.

1) Edit your existing 46vpnupgrade.scr file as follows. Don't forget the line at the very bottom of this document!

2) Next set your phone's GROUP back to 0 by pressing the MUTE button (just press it don't hold it down) then enter GROUP on the keypad (47687) and press #.

3) Reboot your phone and the non VPN firmware should be re-installed on the phone.

My office phone is similar and it has a long volume button, as well as a mmute button on the lower right side, along with all the other buttons.

Hi,Press options then View IP Settings Press Right arrow once , Select Miscellaneous - Press Right arrow once and MAC address should be listed there.Or Manually-Pull the black stand off the bottom then remove the grey large plastic bit below the ethernet ports under there there is a sticker which contains the MAC address.Regards,Oliver
