Our skype phone is locked in a mode saying "System

Are all of the cords plugged in? Did you try a reset or a battery pull?

Message : out of range

Hi.
After unplugging everything and removing batteries from handset for one minute, to drain power and allow system reset, you must restart the system with handset sittings in their cradles.

If the system still does not sync after that , then call Philips and discuss replacement. If handsets do not sync after reset had been done properly, then the system is faulty.

Philips VOIP 841 - Change Skype Account

Your skypin number should be associated with an account on skype. So all you have to do is to login using the associated account when you turn on your phone, do this by using the phone's controls to enter in your skype account and password.

Friend gave me phone and I have skype account, id and password.

If you look through the menu setting you will find a "master reset". This should restore factory defaults and erase the contacts list

My philips voip8411 no one can hear me

I could hear the ring tone on mine, but couldn't hear the voice once they answered. Took the batteries out and disconnected the base for over 10 minutes, after I plugged it back in it was back to normal.

I had something similar. After trying several things, I figured out, that the power socket of the skype box was little shaky in my case. I had to replace the adapter, because of different voltage in Germany. Maybe the new plug doesn't fit exactly. After fixing this, the connection is stable again. Worth to check it.

Phone does not Register

Press and hold the left soft key [reg] on the handset while holding the page key on the base. Hold both for about 5 seconds and they will both connect. Please let me know if this works for you.

Had the same problem, de-registered, disconected the base (physically from energy), reconnected, and re-registered and that worked.

Yes, If your phone supports SIP then you should be able to program any service provider. On the other hand if this is a Skype only phone then you will not be able to use it with any other service besides Skype because they use a non-standard protocol.
I tried looking up your phone and the closest I came was :

This says in the Tech Specs that it is voip client and softphone compatible (whatever that means). It doesnt say it is SIP compatible. So look up the user manual and if it says that your phone is SIP compatible then you should be able to program any VOIP service provider (90% of them are SIP based) but if all the manual mentions is Skype and nothing else, then you might be out of luck.

How to disable theft mode on monitor philips? 276E 4K

The theft deterrence option is available from the SmartControl software that runs on a Windows PC connected to the 276E monitor. See https://www.usa.philips.com/c-p/276E8VJSB_27/4k-ultra-hd-lcd-monitor/support . Scroll down to the Software & drivers section. Then unzip the file to install it. Inside the software, the theft deterrence item is under the Options section of the menu. Since a PIN is needed to enable or disable the "feature". It seems unlikely to be enabled accidentally. Did someone else use the monitor for a while? Are you using a different computer with the Philips 276E? I hope this helps. Cindy Wells
