I understand you have a Frigidaire wall oven that you have a continual "whistle" noise from...until it shuts down completely, correct ? Based on this info and specifically it's location, I'd suggest you have a faulty cooling blower motor assembly, thus the unit automatically is shutting down to protect itself from overheating...this is by design.(not the failure, the shutting down) To gain access the unit must be pulled from the wall as it is located on the right hand side (left from back) of the rear wall, as shown here item #1... A closer look at the blower fan assembly... Many times unfortunately the "squirel cage" design of the blower wheel will get covered in grease and other material causing it to go off balance thus wearing the motor bearing prematurely (in my opinion) and ultimately the assembly fails.
