Wall oven needs a reset- wont heat
Hello John, thank you for allowing me to assist you!
I understand your wall-oven is no longer heating. The
wall-oven has a safety thermal to prevent the oven from overheating. If the
unit will not bake or broil, more than likely the safety thermal has tripped.
Other possibilities are incorrect power supply or faulty main control board. I am fairly confident that an
authorized service agent will be able to restore your appliance to its normal
operating condition. You can often locate a qualified service technician on the
manufacturer website.

Oven is hotter in the back of the over than the
Good Afternoon Essie, thank you
for your post!
So I understand you're staying
that the oven has a higher temperature in the front, is that correct? If so,
technically speaking that is very rare or not possible. I suggest to make sure
the pan is placed in the middle of the rack and not closer to the front or back.
I ask that you please follow up with a comment on the post, at your
convenience, to advise if further troubleshooting is needed or if the unit's
status has changed successfully. Thank you!
Oven burner and broiler burner don't warm at all.
Hi Brian, thank you for your post!
Sounds like the either both bake and broiler element may be
faulty or a potential wiring failure to the elements. You may want to connect
with a local servicer who will be best equipped to pinpoint the problem. If you
don't know a qualified technician, you can use the service locator option on
the manufacturer site to find one near you.
Frigidaire 30" Self-Cleaning Freestanding Gas
Good Morning Jason, thank you for
your post!
First, I suggest plugging another
appliance in the same circuit/plug to confirm that the issue does not lie with
your household circuit. If your circuit breaker is working properly and the
issue continues, then it sounds like your range may possibly have a faulty
power supply within the unit, a communication issue with the EOC (electronic oven
control), or a potential wiring failure. I
am fairly confident that an authorized service agent will be able to restore
your appliance to its normal operating condition. You can often locate a
qualified service technician on the manufacturer website.

Frigidaire oven warming light stays on when not using it
Hi waynepaige - Try resetting the unit by either unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker. Wait approximately ten minutes and turn on the oven. Is the warming light still on? An experienced service technician may need to further evaluate this issue if it was not resolved with the power reset. In this case, your unit may possibly be experiencing a communication problem with the EOC (Electronic Oven Control), faulty light switch, or a potential wiring failure.
Ned's to know witch relay to replace wich f8 problem
Hi there! Typically for such an error code, F8 or F80, there is a communication error between the UI (User Interface) and the control board (often the microwave control board). Yes you have a microwave control board in a double wall oven. This will require either the main control board or the UI board being replaced by a professional for safety reasons. I would suggest to contact a professional that partners with your manufacturer. Contact your manufacturer first to see if there are any known issues or a limited warranty for your model.
Flashing PF 32 error code
Hello - This manufacturer does not show to have such an error code for a wall oven. However the error codes F30/F31 indicates that the unit either has an issue with the oven sensor, wiring with the EOC or the probe connections is open or shorted. Contact a professional to move forward accurately.
Quit heating
Hi getalifemom - From what you have described it sounds like the unit has faulty element(s) or could possibly be experiencing a wiring issue with the EOC. Try resetting the oven by unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. Wait approximately ten minutes and restart unit. If it proves to be ineffective, connect with a professional to accurately pinpoint any potentially more serious issues and properly diagnosis the unit.
Why has both top elements stop working at the same time
Hello kimberlymaso - If you are referring to the bake element, but the broil element works then you would need to just replace the bake element. If both your bake and broil element does not work, then there might be a problem with the wiring communication. However, if the oven does not bake and/or broil but the cook top works; contact a professional to diagnose the EOC (electronic oven control).
My frigerdaire oven heats for a while about 15-30 minutes then shuts down with a beeping noise and a f3 code.
Good Afternoon Friend,
I see that your Frigidaire double oven heats up for about 15-30 minutes, then shuts down and begins beeping while showing an F3error code. The F3 states that the oven is sensing a potential runaway temperature. This is possibly a sensor issue or it could be a false error code.
I suggest giving your double oven a hard reset by cutting the power at the circuit breaker for at least 2-3 minutes.
After restoring power you will need to reset the clock. You will do this by entering in the time and pressing start.
Let the oven heat up, and if you are still receiving an F3 error code, I suggest either contacting the manufacturer or contacting your local authorized technician to diagnose your appliance. Hope this helps.

Takes an extremely long time to cook in oven, but elements seem to be working
If your oven has a digital timer then it is capable of being calibrated. Usually the oven is pretty close to accurate but can vary sometimes. In your user guide it may explain how to adjust the setting. You need to purchase a thermometer that you can put in your stove. Set it to 300 degrees and time how long it takes to stabilize. It is possible your stove will not get to 300 but to 270 or 280. If this is the case then the thermostat needs calibration. You can find out how to do this out of your guide or in the tech sheet that you should be able to find on line.
F8 error and bottom door
Here is Frigidaire's suggestion to your problem:
Oven Control Beeps
and Displays an "F"
Error Code
Electronic control has detected a fault condition. Push CANCEL pad to clear the display
and stop the display from beeping. Reprogram the oven. If a fault reoccurs, record the fault
number, push the CANCEL pad and contact an authorized servicer.
Double oven keeps turning off
Control panel/computer mother board is bad, needs replace. You can order almost any appliance part online or threw Sears. Write down the model number and type of oven and go from there. They carry countless brands of appliance parts. You'll be amazed at what you'll find at Sears. They'll have it or either have to order it for you. Trace your steps when removing the face panel and follow your wire connections. Relatively quick job. 30-60 min job. Lowes, carries appliance parts you can order as well.
