The clock display works on 120 volts but the burners and oven require 240 volts. I would check the breaker or the receptacle to see if they're bad.They may be supplying only 120 volts. One more less common problem could be the terminal block on the range where the power comes in. Very rarely they will melt. BE SURE TO UNPLUG THE RANGE if you have to check the terminal block. Have you tried the Frigidaire web site. I did a quick search and they seem to have lots of information and user manuals available. Google is also a good place to search for manuals and other information for older appliances.

get a new oven,come on from 1976?you can't get parts for it anymore and why would you want to.

Either a power supply problem, thermal fuse has blown, or control board is bad.

There should be a button to push that says stop if you have a digital display. If only knobs, turn selector switch to off
