On your home phone Push 73#, or *73. You should hear 2 tones. That means you have cancelled call forwarding. Then try calling your home phone again.

sorry, it seems that they have no manual for this model base online yet. however, the procedure to reset handset numbers for the 1000N may work for you. there is a 15 digit number on the base unit. type that into the handset using the book (was on page 54 for the 1000n) for your 1100 and see if that will register the other 1100 to your base.
