Ice maker has built in thermostat that turns cycle on at around 10 degrees F. If freezer temp does not reach that point the ice maker will not cycle. So either the freezer is not cold enough or the thermostat is faulty. Make sure that the ice maker motor that turns the cams and controls the various stages is also working.

Only should get voltage when it is actually calling for water. Voltage would be 120 volts.

It is usually right under the cover that houses the temperature controls

if the freg make more ice the problem is th thermostat but if the freg run without good cooling thats mean you micro-gas leakage

On a top mount Frigidaire refrigerator the gasket is a magnetic strip which should be able to be easily removed. You would have to order a new gasket for your refrigerator which you should be able to reach out to the manufacture for part number and availability. Are the cubes normal - the right size, not hollow? Once frozen and the harvest cycle begins, does it take longer than a couple minutes for the cubes to drop? After the ice drops does it fill with water each time? If everything checks OK the last thing is very important. The rate at which an ice maker produces cubes depends on the temperature of the freezer - the colder it is the quicker the cycle. Try nudging the controls up a bit and wait 24 hours.

YOUR REF. MAY BE STUCK IN DEFROST. IN THE CEILING OF YOUR REF. THERE IS A CONTROL HOUSING. THERE IS AN ACCESS HOLE ABOUT 6 INCHES BACK MORE OR LESS IN THAT AREA. INSIDE THIS HOLE IS A ROUND GREY, BLACK OR RED PIECE THAT CAN BE TURNED IN ONE DIRECTION WITH A FLAT BLADE SCREW DRIVER. TURN IT. IF IT STARTS YOU WILL NEED A DEFROST TIMER. NEED MORE HELP JUST ASK.
