Condensation build-up on the bottom seal of Viking freezer door

I have seen this before and it goes beyond the seal, if it was the seal, you would see vapor trails around the area where the seal is leaking. You may have a breakdown of foam in the door. How old is it?

Viking freezer leaking

you have a clogged drain, it is either clogged with ice or some kind of debris, thaw the freezer out and push a length of weed trimmer line down the drain. The drain is accessible by removing the back wall of the inside of the freezer. If there is no clog then the drain may be freezing up, if that is the case, take a piece of 14 gauge romex wire and loop it several times around the heating element at the bottom of the evaporator and push a few inches of it into the drain, this will get hot and transfer heat when it goes into a defrost cycle which is where the water is coming from in the first place

How do I remove a Viking side by side refrigerator from the wall cabinet it is in?

There are adjustable wheels on front. Jack up front enough to grab the frame and pull out slowly. Be careful if you have water line for ice maker.

Our new 48" Viking side by side does not feed ice

I experienced the same problem several times with our VCSB483DSS also. What I found was that the ice come down the chute side way and got stuck at the flap in the door. As you continue to press for ice, the machine pushes more ice & they all back up in side the chute and in the door, ready to dump on unsuspecting person who open the freezer door.I think the the problems are:1 - over application of foam insulation in the chute pathway in the door.2 - possible bad timing on the flap opening causing the falling ice to get stuck. My solution for the past 6 years:1 - clean out the over application of foam insulation - this reduce the incident frequency from once a month to once or twice a year.2 - inform my family member that if while you pressed for ice, and the ice is not dropping, but you hear the motor still cranking away, stop pressing for ice immediately. Stick you finger up the dispenser to make sure the flap is open, and push the ice to un-stuck them. And finally, be prepare to get 2 cups full of ice.Viking may make professional quality fridge (13 years experience in restaurant business), but ice & water dispenser is not their strong point.

We have a terrible odor

What does it smell like? Burnt plastic , mold , rotten food? Check gaskets and temp in fridge, food could be spoiling. It is tough to get serious odors out of fridges. Bleach, vinegar are good for killing odors. Check manufactures recommendations.
