Samsung washer wa5451an wont drain

Had a similar problem. Turned out the pump impeller got jammed in a broken off zipper pull tab. The pump motor still ran and the belt was slipping. If you decect a burned rubber odour, then that is your problem. J.I.

Does samsung washers have a reset button?

check the door latch is closing this is a safety feature so may need changing, a lot of people close the door with the power on, switch off at the plug before closing the door.
