My camera won't come back on

the lens array has been damaged dude..you had either dropped it down or put it in you bag in switched on condition which should have forced the lens to get inside(resulting in damage).

please take your cam to the nearest service center to get it done, since it needs a pro and specialized equipments to calibrate to normal once it is opened..
if its covered under warranty you wont be levied on service charges, else it costs around 60$

Camera lens will not open or extend out

Your problem is likely due to weak/worn out batteries or corrosion on the battery contacts inside the camera which can prevent the full power of the batteries from flowing into the camera. Try this free fix before you do anything else: remove the batteries and wipe the camera contacts firmly with a dry cloth (heavy corrosion may require cleaning with a wire brush, steel wool, or sandpaper). Remove any residue that may have fallen into the battery compartment during cleaning, then wipe both ends of the batteries and place them back in the camera. This cleaning clears the problem about 90% of the time. If it doesn't work for you, your batteries may need to be replaced or the camera may require professional repair.

How do i know when my MD 853 is fully charged?

Hi,

When you look at the LCD screen, you would be able to locate the Battery symbol. There would be a rectangular box. You need to look that.Look at the pic below :-

The first picture refers to Complete Charge. The Second one refers, it is almost Finished and the Third one - It's about to Turn On - Immediate Charging required.

Let me know, if need further assistance.

Hope i helped you.

Thanks for using ' Fixya ' and have a nice day!!
