Hi there, I located this video about removing the print head and cleaning it. I've had to clean my print head from time to time, so take a look at this video and see if it can give some help. Your printer might not look exactly the same, but you should be able to remove the print head. If cleaning the print head doesn't clean up the color issue, try contacting Cannon support: Canon Contact Us. I wish you best of luck!

I've had 5 Pro9000 & Pro9000 II's so far. Mechanically sound and fairly heavy duty. Mostly by default they print muddy or muted, with unsatisfactory reds and yellows. The default settings usually suck. I have had to develop my own driver settings and save them to printer profiles for individual situations. There is a lot of control in the driver settings and I recommend making your own color charts for reference, displaying the settings on each page. I also recommend regular nozzle checks and calibration. Avoid cleaning via the driver utility as this wastes a lot of ink, which is all deposited on the bottom of your printer and eventually has to be dealt with. Instead, remove and soak the head. Completely dry before reinstalling.
B200 error code means that the issue is with high
temperature of the print head due to voltage issue. Its like the temperature sensor
will detect high temperature of the print head and will flash this error code.
You can leave it unplugged for 30 minutes and if the error returns then the
print head should be replaced or the unit should be serviced. If it requires
service then I believe that will not be a better option as it will cost you
same as a new unit. Hope this helps...please post back for further assistance.
The magenta print head nozzles maybe blocked. Inkjet printers need to be used frequently to prevent ink drying out and blocking the print head nozzles. If the print head cleaning maintenance routine does not clear the blockages, then print head needs replacing, but it may be expensive. It may be more cost effective to buy a later model and better printer than replace the print head.
control panel - printers- highlight printer but dont select - top right printer preferences - maintance- clean printer heads etc clean with all options available. should fix the problem.
