Blinking red light continually

In most cases the printer driver software can have errors while being in use or is shut down. So to reset remove your printer from the PC and uninstall the printer software. Now reinstall the printer software and then connect the Printer to be detected as a new hardware as it will be installed. Now check the printer properties to see the ink levels.
Activate head cleaning before a test is taken . Sometimes it is possible that the head is not reacting to the need of the PC command or can be an issue with ink drying or poor ink cartridge contacts. Sometimes the power supply unit must be checked as a poor SMPS unit can deliver low voltage and cause issues to the printer function. Check all the leads and connections of the mother board , the tags to the ink cartridge. Also check the mechanical settings of the ink cartridge , if jammed or tight remove motor and manually free the drive before it is set back.

Red light blinking and unit

Welcome to FixYa.

Causes and solutions to red blinking light:
  • The new ink is not installed properly - remove and reinstall the cartridge.
  • Printer needs to be reset. - remove the newly installed cartridge, while the printer is on unplug the USB cable at the back of the printer, unplug the power cable, restart the computer. After the restart, connect back the USB cable then connect the power cable. Turn on the printer if its off. Install the new cartridge.
  • Ink is not compatible to your printer - black ink should be HP 21 Black Inkjet Print Cartridge (C9351AN), check here https://h30042.www3.hp.com/SureSupply/#3 for the correct ink cartridge.
  • The ink is non-genuine hp or dfective - there in no solution for this except to replace the ink with a genuine hp ink.

If the ink is a genuine HP and non of the solutions above worked, there must be some other lights blinking or lit. Please refer to the image below and tell me what lights are blinking, sold, red and green.

Replace the ink-cartridges, because they are just about empty.
When ink is pulled from the cartridge, there is just enough ink to print a "low-density" page,
or a few lines of text, but there's not enough ink to "freely" flow, on demand, to ink a full page.

Komputer hang

Possible that PC is hanging up as there is fault on the OS ( operating system) . So open the internet options in the browser and clean all the cookies, temporary internet files, defragment the drives and RESTORE the PC to an earlier set date.

You can use a registry cleaner like Advanced system care. Download from the site and check you system for corrupt files. Also use a good antivirus software which is active to keep your system performing without an attack on the OS. Remove all unnecessary programs installed which you do not use all the time and clean up the drives. This will free up the space and make your system faster. If there is no response but the PC tends to work slower and occasionally hanging when a program is being executed then you might have to install the OS once again. Install the OS and then an antivirus before the drivers of the PC is installed.

Torn paper stuck in printer

This seems to be fault in the transport of the paper in the rollers. So if you have used any adhesive sticker printing, it is possible that some glue has got clogged into the rollers. If not there can be some jammed paper in the rollers or the mechanism.
So start this work only if you are mechanically able with the right tools.
Remove the covers to get access to the mechanism . Remove the motor drive assembly , the fitting of the motor to the mechanism. Once this is removed the rollers can be turned manually so that you will be able to feed a paper to see the progress of the movement while studying if there is any obstruction or damage to the paper.
There is a in-detect sensor, usually an opto-coupler , make sure this is not clogged or dirty as this IR detection feeds the signal to the processor for starting the motor drive feed.
Reassemble but make sure the rollers are aligned to be in equal gap to feed the paper without a side pull. Now you must print and see if the fault has changed. If not repeat the above work to confirm the area of obstruction.

The advice/tip given is with the belief that you are competent. You must attempt to do it yourself only if you are technically/logically able, especially when dealing with delicate devices, damaging while trying to open, Probing electrical/electronic circuits with high voltage or delicate components. Since the advice given by me is with the inputs provided and not based on a visual inspection, there can be further reviews required in some cases.
