try to replace power cable or adaptor

I did recently install a new ink cartilage and now it won't work. I have a small PC and put it on a larger font so I could read it. I am not able to copy downloads due to this change. I was printing after the cartilage was installed but after the font modification, I attempted to print a download by pressing enter, and now I don't see my lexmark icon on the top of my computer screen.I could not get the whole printing page on my Aspire One so I pressed enter.

Access the manufacturer's web-site: http://support.lexmark.com
and enter 'x3470' and do a search.
Select "downloads".
Download the software.
Install the software.

This error message is displayed by the printer when paper is jammed in one or more locations. In such a case, users are recommended to remove the jammed paper from the specified location.
