Your problem should be very simple, go to the printers icon from the computer side, right click on the kyocera printer icon,click properties, then click device settings, under device settings you will PDL, click on PDL and select PCL XL, click apply, okay. this will fix your problem. There is a hole i the front of the printer (upper). Pull it up.Then grap the tonner and pull. You will remove the developer unit with that move.Sieze the jammed paper in lot place and grab it gently. Try to not make it burst. Avoid to tuch or damage the drum unit (it's a gray or black roller). And avoid direct light!!!The last thing to replace the units...

The problem should be with the transfer roller.Open top cover and remove developer unit by pulling (it's under toner).Open left side cover. Reomve the waste toner box by pulling a lever in its neck. There wil be a gray buttom on the drum unit. If you push it, you can pull out the drum unit. Better safe then sorry, avoid direct light, and any other dabage-hazard. The Drum is really very sesible indeed. Place it somewhere in safe and secure.I you now opet top cover, and take your hand into the hole, you can realize, if the transfer roller isn't moving.Try to rotate it by cw and ccw. Don't pollute this area! The only one thing you can do to wipe the transferroller softly. Then put bak the drum, the waste t. box. The gray bottom in the drum unit have to stand vertically. Push it ttill it "click".Then put back the developer unit with the toner.Try to squeeze the side covers softly by bare hands. Furthermore do the same with top cover. Close rear unit if nessesary.Try to cleaan the pickup rollers in the begining of the paper tray.Try to replace the papers.I hope my answer will help you.I used to have the same problem.Fell free to ask!

Is the door at the front page of the printer closed?I guess it means the tray where you can add letters, and small papers.Fell free to ask.

Open the top cover.At the lest side there is a hole.You can see a rocker switch in it, try to bend up the moving metal side of it.What's more try to squeeze the side cover by hand.It will do!The same was with mine. Feel free to ask, if it wasn't solved your problem.

Check your waste toner box. At the side of the printer is a container for the extra toner to be stored. Everytime you change your cartridge you need to change the waste toner container. Carefully open side panel and remove waste toner bottle. There is a button you need to push do not force the bottle out.

Error 6000 is a failure of the fuser unit. If the unit is stone cold it could be the heater lamp has failed.

The 7410 indicates a drum error (see below) the 0163053 is the number of prints made by the printer. The drum was most likely knocked loose when installing toner. Drum unit non- installing error - The drum unit is not installed or not installed properly. Detaching and refitting the developer unit Procedure 1. Open the top cover. 2. Open the MP tray. 3.
