Change orientation in the printer driver.

Open printer & Faxes folder, Double click on printer driver icon,

Zdesigner driver, click on properties, click printing preferences, tick the box "rotate 180%" Click apply & ok.

If driver is Zebra TLP2824, same as above, but hit the + on "Paper output" and turn "rorate 180%" on, then click apply.

Hi, you need to set from driver or from software driver properties. a) If you are using direct printing from a system, then(In windows), go to printer driver properties (general and advanced tabs) and find the orientation feature. If you don't have an advanced driver with advanced features, then go to www.nicelabel.cl and download it for free, selecting your printer model and brand. b) If you have a software, then you should be able to see a button in the top that says "printer properties". You can normally access the driver properties from there, then you follow the instructions from a). The only problem about that is that it is normaly for testing properties, but not necesarily will solve your problem forever... You can play winner by following a) step.

Clean media sensors. The blank labels are a result of the printer trying to calibrate label length.

lets start with the basics. Do a calibration of the label to the printer : - 1/ Turn off the power 2/Press and hold the feed key 3/ Turn on power and wait for the green feed light to flash twice. 4/ Release the feed key 5/ The printer should feed and print the configuration. Go to "Printer Settings" and set the size/width/start/end. There will be numbers in MM that you can set everything up by.

If it's setting issue, you need to turn up the darkness to make it darker prints on lines.It sounds like settings issue, remember darkness & speed combination is important.

You are right in thinking that the amber light means an erro, but it could be any sort of error in the syntax/printer software, or just a glitch. Also it could mean that the printer top cover is not closed properly, try pressing down firmly on the fronnt of the printer to see if it goes out. It is notunknown for the cover shut sensor to be defective so giving a constant amber light. the error you are getting is a label size error. a label variance of as little as 1/203th of an inch can cause this.

you need to recalibrate the printer to the media, hold feed when powering up the printer letting go once the light flashes 4 times. this will force the printer to autodetect the label size.

if you are specifying the label size in you software or driver settings, measure and double check the label size

if black bars on the back of tags, go to control panel, printer pref, advanced settings, tracking media should be mark sensing, then if using QBPOS, when printing select use black bar indexing

If you are running Windows, then your printer buffer is trying to send the print job to the printer.
Look down below in the STATUS area near the time. See if you have a printer ICON. Select it and choos to CANCEL print jobs. Then after all jobs canceled, turn your printer back on.

Ensure that the label size in your MYOB and also the printer driver are set to the same as the physical size of your label. Also do a callibration on the printer.

its usually clogging within the printhead, remove the roller and give it a clean, also download fresh drivers incase there is some kind of corruption within the driver you are using, . finally clean the print head by opening the lid and cleaning the upper inside of the lid. (it is black in colour)

try to hold the power little bit longer or restore the system or make sure its unplug from the computer or if external just reset it sir.god bless

if you open the printhead, you see one red ligth, just moov this lite to the centre of the label and try again, is possible that you need to run the manual calibration from the setings,
Try first to run the SENSOR PROFILE and see if the sensor is cheking the gap. Then run manual calibration. If not work, reset to factory defult.

possible is not the best printer to work on site-by site labels because the sensors that read the gab are on the midle of the label and possible can't check wen the label start and end. try the printer S4M (sensors on lenf side), or try normal labels and press the botton until flash 2 times and release the botton (calibrate).
