The mouthpiece of your phone has either moved position or is no longer working.

To know what the problem is, open your phone and look at the part you normally speak through in the phone,you will see the mouthpiece move the mouthpiece so it is parallel to the mouthpiece hole of your phone.

Close the phone,put it on and try making a call to see if it is working

If it isn't then you should get a repairer to change the mouthpiece for you because it is faulty

But as a temporary solution you should get a headphone to use to make your calls

LG KE850 states sim card is not supported...what do i do?

any kind will work, i prefer san disks tho

1. FYI, when your call is dailed through successfully - please pay attention as there are two instructions on the screen. It tells you to press which button for dailing and which to press to unlock the screen.

2. To answer your question: On the left hand side of the phone, there are 3 buttons. Press the button at the bottom below the volume up & down buttons. The dailing screen should come up.

This button is also used as a shortcut for changing profiles quickly in the main screen.

just got the Prada as a gift and it is very attractive looking but proving to be quite useless and not very user friendly good luck if you decide to buy one

windows 7 is new software has to catch up.have you looked on disc to see who made the disc usualy a third party. go to their website and ck for windows t software. hope this helps.

This happened to me- re-check the connection of the ribbon on the back of the lcd that you thread through to the circuit board to make sure it's connecting. I had to push mine further in but it solved the problem. Only thing now it has stopped reading the sim !!

just turn it off and on again

You just need to buy a replace touchscreen. You can replace it. They run about 15 dollars from ebay and are pretty straight forward. Here is a link on how to replace the touchscreen on the Ku990.

You will need to use a miniSD card to expand the memory capability of your phone. You also need to make sure the memory card used is properly formatted so it is detected by your phone.
