If you have a memory card in the phone, you need to move all files to that... then you will be able to download things through bluetooth and move them also to the memory card.

Sadly sometimes the fix is way over your head to fix so please take it to a qualified dealer for repair or better yet trade it in or get insurance with a small deductible and if anything else happens to it - get a new one.

your files are hidden so inert mmc card in the cardreader and click on the folder which is very dull looking , right click on it , click properties and disable the hidden optiuon and clik ok

its not the front panel that needs to be replaced, i believe its the digitizer, we had phones with the same problem and it was the digitizer. You can find a digitizer on ebay for about $25-43. If you want to send it in, we can fix it for you.

to reformat your memorycard.

Take out the card from your phone and put it in a computer reformat the card in to 2 partitions
using filesystem FAT-32
in this way you get partitions near 4gb,
your phone dont support 8gb cards,
in this way your phone can use 1 partition off the cards memory.

good question. You could use this phone if:

1. the phone is unlocked from you other provider.

since it is GSM you do have the ability to use it on AT&T network provided it is unlocked. Now if its not unlocked then the phone will not accept the sim chip from at&t so then you need to contact you carrier that had this phone before and ask them to unlock it. you need to give them your IMIE number and some relevent information on your account.

Chances are the ball is not in your court and the phone is locked and the merchant just got away with your hard earned cash, because you going to need to dig in the wallet to have a tech unlock it for you.

The speaker and the hearing peice are two different things.

1. if any water got on the upper speaker - than your hearing speaker is broke

2. if the speaker just stopped working and your phone is under a year - than your phone qualify as a manufatcurer defect

3. Try a bluetooth - You will be able to hear people and they can hear you - however if they still can not hear you - than you have a bigger problem

4. if the problem is still there - take your phone to your carrier store and see if they have someone that can replace it for you
