Please dont try more than 3 times.If you try more than 3 times the Sim will get locked.And it will ask for PIN code.Both these PUK and PIN code can be given only by the network service provider. Please call the network service provider of your mobile.And ask him to provide the PUK code or PIN code.He will ask you some basic details like name,date of birth for his verification.And he will provide you the PUK and PIN code.This is done for free of cost.

My LG Prada KE850 seems to be frozen, will not go to main screen!

I'm having the exact problem. I've took the battery, SD card, and SIMS card out and put it back in many times but nothing works. It freezes at the PRADA logo! Help!

No, copy your music to the memory card rather than storing it on the phone. you must do this in 'My stuff' folder, select 'sounds' select the mp3 then click the bottom left button (details), then press 'file', then 'move' To view the moved files goto 'My stuff' folder, select 'sounds' then in the top right corner you will see a picture of a memory card. press this to see swith to view the external memory.

you need to select the storage on the external memory not internal look at your storage options

If you need the PUK ( Personal Unblocking Key ) for your phone, you will have to contact your mobile phone service provider.

PUK code is related to the SIM card you are using. So, kindly call the Customer support of your mobile service provider and they will provide you with the PUK code.

Also, entering a wrong PUK code ten times in a row disables the SIM card permanently. So, please be careful while entering the PUK code.

The easiest way to load the songs onto the card is just using a card reader. You can get a USB microsd card reader for only $8.00 with free shipping and it will definitely come in handy in the future I assure you. You won't be able to access the card directly through the phone, so you will need something like the USB reader I mentioned, here is one here:
