there's nothing we can do to view your security code if we don't have a special gadget to recover your security code or to reformat it and buying it cost much for that purpose only.

to save money, have your security reset if possible or reformat your phone to your nearest service center or repair shop. also some service provider can help you with that for free if they have that free service. try also calling their customer care.

This problem you are facing could be due to loose sim placement inside your phone, please mention at what frequency do you face this problem, because i also used to face this problem sometimes in my Sony W950 handset, and after switching off the phone, and removing the battery, i used to take out the sim and fit it again properly and the problem used to go away.

If you face this problem specifically at some location then the problem could be with the mobile operator network there
