you need to install motorola software updater on your computer. After installing the updater, connect the motorola to your computer via USB cord. Click on the motorola software that you have installed, follow the update procedure from the software. And the real software version for your phone will be installed. The old one will be wiped off and a new/real one will be installed.

Reset The Phone:
Software reset Samsung Seek M350: -From the Home menu screen , touch the Main menu tab, located at the bottom
-Touch Settings
-Scroll down to the bottom of the menu
-Touch Reset
-Touch Reset Settings
-Read the statement displayed then touch Proceed
-Enter the 4 digit number then touch Done
Hard reset Samsung Seek M350:
-From the Home menu screen , touch the Main menu tab, located at the bottom
-Touch Settings
-Scroll down to the bottom of the menu
-Touch Reset
-Touch Reset Phone
-Read the statement displayed then touch Proceed
-Enter the PIN then touch Done to confirm the Phone Reset
Your Samsung Seek M350 will run quicker after resetting it. You can check it, hope you like my work.

Default 4 Digit user code: 1234 or 0000
Default 6 Digit code: 123456 or 000000
Default 6 Digit code: 000999 or 1122
