The problem is ur phone is in automatic language.
Look in your manual, page 50. To change the language press

Settings (Last option in main menu)- Other settings(last option in settings menu) - initial set up(second option in other settings menu) - languages(seventh option)- English
- (normally the second option in languages)

Hi subsidy password is nothing but your Motorola C115 mobile is locked to one particular network due to this it wont accept other network sim in it .When you insert other network sim it ask subsidy code which is the code used to remove the network lock in your mobile .To get code visit Theunlockarena.com here they ask you the network name to which your Motorola C115 mobile is locked and the IMEI number of your mobile .Then at last they deliver you the subsidy code to unlock your mobile.

hi you can use codes to unlock the mobile .to get the codes visit here
here they ask the following details before rendering the codes they are
1.mobile model
2.country from where you brought the mobile
3.provider to which the mobile is locked
4.imei number of the mobile
finally they will send you the unlock codes .once you entered the codes in your mobile as for the instructions provided by them your mobile get unlocked and free to accept any network sim.

1.Check the device's battery level for at least two bars of strength.
2.If the battery level is low, charge the battery.
3.If the issue is not resolved, remove the back cover.
4.Remove the battery.
5.Wait 10 seconds.
6.Press and hold the W key.
7.While pressing down the W key, re-insert the battery.
•The device restarts and after approximately 15 seconds, the 'Recovery' screen appears
•Release the power button but *continue holding the home button*, for another 30 seconds.

The center terminal is just used for battery identification by the phone. the inner most is positive and outermost is negative. they are the ones you need for direct charge using that universal charger. please check this picture for clear guide.

There can be many ways to Unlock your phone. As far as i know unlocking by codes is the simple and safe way. I will suggest the website Unlock-Zone.com which is doing good service and they were recommended highly in the cell phone forums.
I used them to unlock my cell phone. contacted them and within 30 mins i had my unlock code and my phone was unlocked.
