its just 1-2-3-4- with the port bank being 2-4 starting at the top and the starboard side being 1-3. They're all the same be it V-4 or V-6. 6=123456 60* and 90* are the same

Half a millimetre in the sight is 10 feet at the target. The only way to zero in sights is on a fixed bench rest at the range. If you really think they are faulty, return them to the maker for repair.
