Your TV has been entered to Factory mode [Service Mode] by anyway. In this condition, only limited buttons on the remote will work. To make it right, you have to exit this mode, and come back to normal mode. I have the same model, which I just dug out as my Sky remote has lost the plot. I remember when I bought the thing from Maplins ages ago, because its a special one for Sky its not in the standard range. Good news is that it will work with a Sky box soon as you put batteries in, Im still trying to program it back into my tv. Will be looking for a similar model to try the codes. FYI the remote model number is URC1625 (although as mentioned not on their website)
