That model had a likelihood of the electrovalve growing a green crystal inside the fitting where the teflon tube comes from the boiler. The electrovalve is a solenoid operated tap on the steam wand side accessed by removing the lid and the side cover. I used to take the electrovalve off completely to do the job. To get the teflon tube out you depress the silver collar around the tube towards the fitting and pull on the tube. It won't come out unless you depress the collar. You then unscrew that same fitting and clear the green crystal out with a probe or screwdriver and rinse or blow the fitting out. The fitting was sealed from new into the electrovalve with some sort of sealant product, I used to clean out the threads and use some thread tape, I never had a leak and did heaps of them over the years.

You can only get that wheel as part of the grinder, it is not possible to remove the burr to replace the plastic part. It's factory fit during manufacture. There are 2 reasons I'm aware of to cause that, rarely it can be a stone in the beans but more likely you have an internal leak causing the grounds to bind up together from the steamy environment within the housings. Also if the relief valve in the distributor is sticking it can cause the chamber to stay very wet.

Error 12 There was no pulse from the ejection switch so possibly a switch problem or worse still some grief on the control PCB. This will also be associated with the cleaning the drawer problem. From memory the switch/es are located above the used grounds bin.

Look for a red re-set button. If it has one push it in. If no re set button it likely is dead. Make sure power outlet is working first.

Sounds exactly like a heavy case of calcium buildup. Most likely you need to flush the machine with vinegar for a lot of times (10x) and use proper cleaning methods to clean it up by hand. However, i think it's faster to bring it to a repair service and pay 100 dollars.

Call krups and let the unit be repaired under warranty. Whatever they will tell, this is a design flaw and needs to be repaired by krups without cost.

This indicates that one of the hoses has a small leak in the pipe right before the brewing compartment. Make sure the machine is descaled of course. If nothing improves, contact Krups support.
