Clean cycle does not work.
My tech guy says the relay control [circuit board ] is bad. Replacement part 12001689 costs about $220 (lowest cost I found) plus service call for your locality. I decided to get a new {NOT Jenn Air}.
Time to get a new stove. repair record not good.
Check Consumer Reports ..your library will have a copies. Look in index for Range, stove, etc.
Best wishes.

Jenn-air cooktop drip jar
Search on-line for used appliance parts. There are some good ones out there that have the older JennAir parts in good quality used. If I can help further, I am here.

Hello-I am being given a Jenn-Air electric range
Yes the ductless fan will work for you. I have that setup here at my house. Just make sure that you have a charcoal filter installed in the microwave where the air comes out on top. If it is already vent less the filter is probably already there.

We solved this by holding in the door/light switch, hitting "clean", then pressing stop/clear for about 3 seconds.

The metal drip tube that is situated from the top part of the
if you remove the tube, it can be gently heated with a torch and the grease allowed to run out, after which, pass large amounts of hot hot water through the tube. to clean without removing, I find a speedometer cable works best to get a path through the pipe, then again, large amounts of hot hot water to flush out/clean the pipe

Can't get oven to heat over 175
not very specific in your statement, so I'll venture a few things to look at.
Check to see that it is getting the correct power (voltage). Could be wired wrong.
Several things could be causing this. If electric, wrong or low voltage. If it is new, just out of the box, then it could have received some shipping damage. Delivery trucks never hit potholes (Ha Ha). A simple wire could be loose or probe knocked out of position.
Something is telling the controls that the desired temp is reached and the unit it cycling off.
This may or may not be a simple fix.

Beeping noise - letters appear fc
Christina, FC means there is a communication error between your main power board and keyboard. There is a J2 harness that runs between them. You might try to reseat this harness. If that doesn't work the main board will have to be replaced. Catriver..post back.

Downdraft
I would double check that the installer used the correct vent hood outside. The correct one has a spring that keeps the outdoor flap closed when not in use. Cleaning the outdoor flap area may also help it seal a little better. Even if the right hood was installed, you might check to see there is a spring present (or signs that there was one.
I have never had air blow out the downdraft, but I do feel cold travel to the fan unit which makes the floor cold in front of the range.

Touch Pad
Hello , your problem is the switch membrain , it sends signals to your control board.
you may be able to clean the ribon cable on the control board end but it may just need a new membrain.
The switch membrain is the part all the buttons are located on and they go out often on jenn-air ranges.
let me know if you have any further questions.
