My burner gets excessively hot very quickly is this normal?
Hi,
That right front burner is an extremely hot burner by design. It is sold as a quick power burner. The rating on it is 12,000 btu's meaning it could easily boil a pot of soup in that time.
Here is a quote from the owners manual for your range
"There is a 12,000 BTU*
burner located in the right front position. These burners offer
higher speed cooking that can be used to quickly bring water
to a boil and for large-quantity cooking."
Use the back for slower smaller cooking and front for larger and quick heating.
I hope that helps.

The igniter is stuck and
The knob swtch is the problem /long time of use that gas stove / the small particles inside the knob are being form a conductor to line that line that hat being ignited once you ignite conductance will flow current to bypass switch /"need to clean knob switch."
Also it can be this.
Electronic igniter continues to click repeatedly even after burner is ignited.
After two weeks waiting for technician to show up. He knew right away it's not the problem with the cooktop, it's electrical outlet wiring. The wires are reversed. Once you've done that, it is fixed.
Try this if you have the same problem.

Gas top works-- all electrical is gone-- no ovens,
Try to find your circuit breaker box and see if any of the circuit breakers are tripped. If one is, push it to OFF then back to ON. If none are tripped and you know which double circuit breaker controls the oven, turn it OFF then back ON. If you know how to use a multimeter, check that you have 240 volts to the range outlet.

Hi my range had a
The ticking noise you hear is because you have a bad igniter, if igniter doesn't use enough power, it won't open the gas valve. I would have someone certified look at it before you use that oven again, don't take a chance because smoke means something burned up

Lower oven will not heat above 230
The lower element is defective, either it is burned out (replace) or the relay that drives it is defective, have the same problem here (unless you know electronics you would replace the control board in this case). When the unit is preheating it uses both top and bottom elements to reach temp, in this case the bottom element is not doing its part so it never rises over about ~220. Rest of stove will work fine until this is repaired.

I just went through the same problem. The conrol board had to be replaced. Mine was under warranty, but it took them 3-4 months to find the right part. If you find it online, it looked pretty easy to get to it and replace it. 4-5 wire connectors to switch over.

LOST POWER TO OVEN AND CONTROL PANEL
there is no reset buton ,but there are some basic things u can do.first u can chk the power coming into the stove.open the back and u will see power cord connected to the stove.use a multimeter and chk voltage between black and red wire.it should read 240v and black/red with respect to green should read 120 volt.if that is ok look for any burnt wires etc.if all is ok then most likely could have control board.

No electrical power to ovens and control panel.
It appears that you have lost one half of your power. That is you no longer have 220 volts but do have 110, enouch to power the electronic ignition. I would check the circuit breaker first to see if it is sending power on both hot wires or just one.
