It does not matter what sequence you write in. The sequence followed by all is BODMAS. Brackets, Of, Division, Multiplication, Addition and Subtraction.
What matters is that you should separate the * and / from + and - with the help of brackets.
Reduce 18/100
Divide top and bottom by the largest common divisor ie the biggest number you can, which is 2. So
18/100 = 9/50
No further division can be done obtaining whole numbers.
X-7=12
i think you need to get the value of x
x-7 = 12
x = 12+7
x = 9.
I-9I=
Hi,
You have asked 1-91= ??
So the answer is 1 - 91 is equal to -91.
As, 91>1 therefore subtraction will be done and the sign of the bigger number will be retained.
Good luck and have a nice day.
Last year Lee's age was a square number and next
This is more of a trial and error question, not a math question; however,
If Jason is 26, then last year he was 25 (5 squared) and next year he will be 27, which is the cube of 3 (3x3x3=27).
Got it?

What is the lowest term of 15\60?
Desiree!
Hmmm ... 15/60
Since 60 can be divided evenly by 15, then let's start there:
15 divided by 15 is equal to 1. (correct?)
60 divided by 15 is equal to 4. (correct?)
Then:
15/60 = 1/4 is the lowest term (*answer*)
(by the way, the common divisor is 15)
Alvin is now 20 years older than his son.In 10
Christine,
(D=Dad's age, and S=Son's age)
D=S+20 (Dad is 20 years older than Son)
D+10 = 2xS (In ten years Dad will be twice Son's current age)
therefore (by substitution):
S+20+10 = 2xS
S+30 = 2S
2S = S+30
2S-S = 30 (subtract S from both sides)
S = 30 (Son's current age) *answer*
D = S+20
D = 30+20
D = 50 (Dad's current age) *answer*
In ten years, Dad will be 60, which is twice Son's current age of 30.
Please ask for -Gort.
