If freezer performance goes down you might want to check out the defrost timer/heater.

Switch off completely and leave for 30 seconds. switch back on and cooling should start in under 5 minutes. If not, check inline fuse and output to compressor.

There is usually an on off switch inside the ice compartment but at times there is also metal bar that needs to be moved from top to bottom or vice versa. This controls automatic ice making and delivery.

Can you please be more specific and if possible add a picture?

I assume that you means the keypad that controls the different modes for the water/ice dispenser. Press the far right key

Sounds like cooling coils inside ref. that cools the water before the dispenser in the door.
These coils are in the back bottom of ref, behind crispers. They may be leaking.

Sounds like the flap or door directly above where the cup would be is not opening. Press lever and look up in there, if that is the case there is a problem inside the door.

COOLING Dust on the condenser coils can cause overheating, observe safety precautions then clean coils. Switch off the unit before you clean them. If the problem persists, test the compressor for overheating. Overheating will cause many problems with cooling ability. Leave the unit unplugged for 3 hours and plug it in again. If it starts working, the compressor is probably overheating (Observe cautions with food going bad). A simple cause of the problem might also be that there is not enough airflow Lack of airflow is the number one cause of compressor problems and thus an owner purchasing another unit for hundreds of dollars when you can fix it for free.There should be at least several inches distance between the sides and walls/cupboards/ceiling.
