Did you clean and dry the unit well? It may be freezing, is the temp correct? Some else suggested spraying the tray with Pam and letting it dry. Just a thought . . .

obtain the make and model of your device and contact your local appliance parts depot for a replacement part, if you don`t know how to replace the component try contacting a friend that is incl ind to mechanical/electrical knowledge for there help. if all else fails the only option is to contact a service center to have some one come out an fix it for you, What would you like to do, i can try to talk you through it if you want best regards Falco

Have to recharge it with freon .

Most likely indicates a bad water valve.

see if drain hose is in the evaparoter pain

You might try adjusting the “ice thickness” setting on the control board or you cold have a defective hot gas flow back solenoid. When the machine goes into harvest mode this solenoid activates and allows hot refrigerant gas to flow backwards in the system and melts the ice off the grid and then it falls into the bin.

water is not flowing throug the water inlet valve

icw maker is bad leaking from crack in ice maker mold.real hard to change out,better get some help,i do not like to change them
