Region code breaker for lg dvd player dp 432h

http://www.sendspace.com/file/ryt1gz Burn this to a CD or DVD and then load it into the DVD player. Set the region to 0. Works 100% as I just applied it to my LG-DP432H that I bought from Argos and can view my Region 1 DVDs.

When I push a button to start the mircowave, the timer counts down but the microwave doesn't come on.

It sounds like part of the electronics driving the magnetron (yes its a real word) have failed. So you could take it back, or get it repaired, or replace it. The repair costs would be similar to buying a new one, so I would buy a new or used one, but buy a japanese brand like panasonic instead. My Panasonic micro is 17 years old and still working.

Then you have blown a fuse. Check inside the oven chamber and look for missing powder paint or signs of arcing, if so dispose of the microwave. If the inside is good remove all the screws and remove the cover. Replace the fuse. If the magnetron was making louder noises prior then replace the magnetron. Since the fuse went the giant capacitor is likely bad. While the cabinet is open make sure to look for burned wires, check the continuity of thermal cutoffs, and check the main circuit-board for burned traces or components. The relays in most electronics are known for arcing (spot welding) and staying in the wrong position. Tap them hard with the back end of a screwdriver. During all of this use safe electrical practices by having the power cord unplugged. The capacitor could still have a high charge on it so be careful.

Heating problems Jenn-air microwave - jmv8000bds -

First, check to make sure that the air vents are clear. Secondly, is the cooling fan running? If these are OK, (how old is this unit?) it's probably the magnetron is old and weak....... Put in a container with 2 quarts of cold water and run it for 10 minutes. It should boil water after about 4 or 5 minutes and keep boiling it for the remainder of the timer preset. If not, the magnetron is losing power.

Jennair combo micro wall oven 30" replace microwave?

When a microwave is dead, the most common causes are a blown fuse, or a blown thermostat / thermal cutout / TCO on the magnetron or on top of the oven cavity. You can find helpful exploded view diagrams and order parts by entering your full model number here.Accessing the oven cavity thermostat for testing and possible replacement will require you to remove the oven from the wall and take off the outer cover. If so, the installation instructions are very handy, and it's best to have two people since the microwave can be heavy and awkward. You can download Jenn-Air (Whirlpool) owner's manuals and installation instructions here. We're happy to help you with free advice and we'd appreciate your thoughtful rating of our answer.

Hi!
I read your comment about needing to remove the control board to inspect it for damage. Looking at the diag. below, all you need to do is open the oven door and remove the two screws (#2 on diag.) fastening the brackets that hold the board in place and you can take it from there.

Refer to the diag. below If it was me, I would start by turning the breakers for both ovens OFF, then, in getting someone to help me pull the oven out, disconnect the power cord and check the power circuit protection devices like the fuse #4, located above the fan and the power board #25 also located on the back of the unit. Before replacing the blown fuse, inspect the wiring, If the unit is mounted over an oven that was in the Self Cleaning Mode that reaches temps. of about 500 degrees, there is a chance that a wire's insulation melted and shorted the unit.
