Will my rca dvd player,
It will not do this during basic playback. You may be able to use the programmed Playback. Press Program when the unit is not playing back a DVD. Then use the numeric input buttons to choose the title or track. Then use the up/down and right left arrows to enter additional titles to playback.
You can find your manual here:

RCA DRC290 "No Disk"
The noise you hear is an attemp to read the disk, which fails. If you can gain access to the optics assembly, try cleaning the lens using a cotton swab and alcohol. If that fails to resolve the problem, the optics are likely failed and will need to be replaced.
Hope this helps,
Dan

Unit no longer powers on
Sounds terminal.
Is the movie yours? How mechanically inclined are you?
If not so much, better bring it to a professional to remove the movie.

Get error no disk. the disk in not turning inside
If your disc/dvd/cd isn;t turning in the machine it is most likely that you need to replace the laser assembly, which is the entire assembly with the drawer, the laser and the spndle motor, which is the small motor that spins the disc. Good Luck.

Black and white screen only on DSTV?
RCA video cables handle analog signals. HDMI cables carry digital video signals. You need a converter. If you are using a component video converter, check if you swapped two of the three RCA video cables. (There are some A/V projectors that can do the translation of RCA and HDMI internally. Most TVs do not.)
I hope this helps.

(One of my family's TVs used a dongle to condense the analog video signal to a single port, swapping blue and green gave a black and white output, IIRC.)
I have an RCA re20qp80 remote that the mute button doesn't work
Most modern tv remotes are not normally designed to be repaired. You will possibly need to replace it. there are plenty of cheaper after market version that will do the job just as well. Your other option, and yes I know this is a silly answer, when you want to mute the TV is to simply press the volume down button to zero then turn it back up when you want sound.

I Want code list for RCA 4- device universal remote
You need the TV codes not the remote ones. I would use the Remotes code search feature as the Sanyo has allot of codes and you may spend hours going through them.

Where is the fuse located on a rca flat screen tv
The fuse on an RCA flat screen TV is typically located on the power supply board near one of its corners. The power supply board is the board with an array of capacitors, resistors, and heat sinks on it . The fuse is a small cylindrical tube with metal caps and is relatively small compared to other components on the board . If you have never seen a circuit board before, finding the fuse may be tricky. You can consult the user manual for your TV if you need help locating the fuse .
TV Fuse Replacement Guide: Locating and Replacing Your TV Fuse - PointerClicker.com
Replacing the fuse should be done with caution, especially if it is soldered to the board, as errors could lead to costly damage. You can check if the fuse is blown visually or with a multimeter-like tool. If you are unsure about how to replace the fuse, it is best to seek professional help.
