How to Turn on a Coby MP3 PlayerI admit, it was a bit strange for me that an Mp3 player should be difficult to turn on, but now I realize after reviewing Coby players, it all depends on the manufacturer.
I hope this helps!

How do I remove the write protection on my mp3
There is only one tried and tested method that actually works.
This will only work on MP3s that you have bought and downkloaded yourself whicj means that you already have the DRM codes.
Use
doubletwist desktop so this is really not cheating as you have already paid once this can be used on MP3 codec files only and then you can covert them to Sony ATRAC or any other that you desire.

Need to know how to download music on my mp3 player
yes, plug it into your computer and it should show up as an external drive, and you just drag your songs to it. you may have to go into "computer" and see if it is listed there after you plug it in if it doesn't automatically show up .
How to put movies on

your probably using the usb extension cable, plug the unit directly into one of the rear ports on your computer tower and it should show up..these units never break..unless there is physical damage itself.
HELP ME PLEASE!!
I'm not sure which Coby I have but my computer wouldn't read it when I plugged it into the USB port. What worked for me was to take out the battery, plug it into the USB port, add a couple of mp3 songs, unplug it and plug it back in. It was recognized with all the existing media on it and I could edit and delete. Hopefully you have room to add an mp3 or two. My solution last time it happened was to reformat and reload.
Coby MP-C827 MP3 Player
Windows XP is plug and play, so it doesnt require any drivers on Coby's end. You need to do Windows Update to update your drive package, it seems you are missing the USB MASS STORAGE device driver.
